This template gives you a single, repeatable framework for auditing your business's online visibility. Use it once a quarter to see where you're strong, where you're invisible, and what to fix first.
Score each section from 1 (weak) to 5 (excellent). Total scores show where to invest next.
How to use this template
Work through each of the six sections below. For every checkpoint, give your business a score from 1 to 5. Be honest — the value of an audit comes from spotting weak spots, not flattering numbers.

- 0–40% of total — major visibility gaps, focus on foundations first
- 40–70% — solid foundation, optimise and expand
- 70–90% — strong presence, focus on differentiation and AI search readiness
- 90%+ — excellent, focus on scaling, content depth and authority

Final thought
A visibility audit only works if you act on it. Use this template once a quarter, focus on the lowest-scoring section first, and track your scores over time. Real visibility growth comes from consistent, prioritised improvement — not perfection.
