GrowthCore Suite is provided by Marcus Johnson, a sole trader trading as GrowthCore Suite ("GrowthCore Suite", "we", "us" or "our"). GrowthCore Suite is not a limited company. Contact: support@growthcoresuite.com.

By creating an account or using GrowthCore Suite, you agree to these terms.

GrowthCore Suite is the umbrella brand for our software ecosystem, which includes PresenceScan AI, ReachPilot AI and NetBizz. What you can access depends on the plan, bundle or trial applied to your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, probe, reverse engineer, resell access to, overload or disrupt the service or attempt to bypass access controls or entitlements.

Plans, prices, trials and billing intervals are those shown on our pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider and renew automatically for the interval shown until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with and handled by Stripe; we receive references and subscription information rather than your full card number. Sold by GrowthCore Suite.

You keep ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process it in order to run the service. Parts of the platform generate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations; these are guidance only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for decisions you take. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information into AI-assisted features.

The platform, its software, branding and content are owned by GrowthCore Suite or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause interruptions.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where payment fails, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
